After the reorganization, Jiangsu Huangma Chemical Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Henan Shenma Catalytic Technology Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 20 million yuan only. On March 3, 2020, Shenma Catalytic Technology New Materials Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, was registered in Yixian Nylon City with a registered capital of 50 million. At present, the company has a research and development center, two wholly-owned subsidiaries, and shares in Pingdingshan Dongjian Testing Company, accounting for 49% of the shares.
