Henan Shenma Catalytic Technology Co., Ltd. is a second-level subsidiary directly under China Pingmei Shenma Group and was established on May 9, 2016. On July 19, 2017, it was formally merged and reorganized with Jiangsu Huangma Chemical Co., Ltd. After the reorganization, Jiangsu Huangma Chemical Co., Ltd. became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Henan Shenma Catalytic Technology Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. On March 3, 2020, a wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenma Catalytic Technology New Materials Co., Ltd., was registered in Ye County Nylon City with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. At present, the company has a research and development center, two wholly-owned subsidiaries, and a stake in Pingdingshan Dongjian Testing Company, with a shareholding of 49%. It has two production bases in Pingdingshan, Henan and Huai'an, Jiangsu. Henan Shenma Catalytic Technology Co., Ltd. and its two wholly-owned subsidiaries are both high-tech enterprises. The company's business scope is the production, sales, research and development and recycling of catalysts, new materials, new chemical technology development, consulting, communication, transfer, and promotion services.

Development and Reform

Production Bases
It now has the production base in Henan Nylon City Industrial Cluster and Jiangsu Huangma Production Base. In the fourth quarter of 2019, a new Catalyst Production and R&D Center will be completed and put into production. The Company will have three production bases in Pingdingshan High-tech Development Zone, Pingdingshan Nylon New Material Industrial Cluster, and Huaian, Jiangsu. The production scale of the new base will reach an annual production capacity of 220 tons of precious metal catalysts and 5000 tons of special sieve catalysts. At that time, the Company will have an annual production capacity of 8000 tons of catalysts.
