　　Henan Shenma Catalytic Technology Co., Ltd. is a secondary subsidiary directly under China Pingmei Shenma Group, which was founded on May 9, 2016. On July 19, 2017, it was officially merged and consolidated with Jiangsu Huangma Chemical Co., Ltd. After the reorganization, Jiangsu Huangma Chemical Co., Ltd. became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Henan Shenma Catalytic Technology Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 20 million. On March 3, 2020, Shenma Catalytic Technology New Material Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary was registered in Nylon City, Ye County, with a registered capital of RMB 50 million. At present, the Company has one R&D Center and two wholly-owned subsidiaries, and participates the investment of shares for Pingdingshan Dongjian Testing Co., Ltd., accounting for 49% of the shares. It has two production bases in Pingdingshan, Henan and Huaian, Jiangsu.

 
Henan Shenma Catalytic Technology Co., Ltd. and its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangsu Huangma Chemical Co., Ltd. are both high-tech enterprises. The business scope of the Company is the production, sales, R&D and recycling of catalysts, the development of new materials and new chemical technologies, consulting, communication, transfer, and promotion services;

450,000 tons of adipic acid, the second largest production capacity in Asia;
 
450,000 tons of caprolactam and 220,000 tons of nylon chips;
 
800,000 tons of caustic soda, the first production capacity in Henan Province;
